Returns & Exchanges

  • 14-Day Return Window: You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exceptions: Undergarments, beauty products (unless defective), and sale items are final sale.
  • How to Start a Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds

  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
  • Original Payment Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
  • Defective/Damaged Items: Contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

  • Size/Color Swaps: We’ll happily exchange your item if stock is available. Shipping fees may apply.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
